Who is Tracy Reed?

I am a Linux enthusiast, a multi-engine instrument-rated pilot, and a traveller. I am interested in all aspects of computing and technology in general, especially Linux and Free Software. One reason why I like Linux/Unix is the community. Other OS's tend not to have communities. They may have lots of users but no real communities. Nobody writes stuff like this about Windows: http://home.ccil.org/~cowan/upc/
